What rating are you going to?

For everyone who called this product "not good" or said "don't waste your money". Let me get one thing straight: READ AND FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS and if that doesn't work, watch the video on the Vittorio website before disposing of the product. I did it and it works as promised! The very first thing I did after harvest and made sure I was doing it right was peeling, dicing, and intoning 30 pounds of Granny Smith apples and 50 pounds of McIntosh apples. ALL IN ONE SET. Not once did it get stuck, stalled, or gouged out like the reviewers said. The trick is to look through the eye of the cutting blade as you slide your crooked apple over the prongs. This ensures that the core is cut into the apples after they have been cored. What about bruises? Do not turn the handle so slowly that the blade gets caught and jammed. All of my apples were not symmetrical or perfect. I've found that by adjusting the peeling blade (on the peeling lever) to remove the thinnest skin and spinning the handle quickly, all my apples cook in 28 minutes! Not a single bug or catch. So after all that has been said, don't listen to those who don't follow directions/instructions. You are missing out on a great and well made product. Moral of my review: do you want to hitchhike with a driver who refuses to ask directions/read the map, or do you want to get in the car of a driver who will follow directions and read the map?
