I've been playing pickleball quite a bit with a beginner's mallet for the past 6 months. After gaining some skills and seeing what real players use on the court, I decided it was time to upgrade to a graphite paddle. The grip is comfortable for people with sweaty hands as it absorbs moisture. This paddle has a noticeably better "sweet spot" than anything I've used before which helps with ball control and power. Most importantly, this paddle is lighter which allows you to use it faster. I really like the carrying case that comes with the kit as I scratched the other edges of the paddle a bit. I would recommend this racquet to intermediate/intermediate players.
