The simplicity and effectiveness of the system. The system has made it easy to train our employees. It is much easier to use than other systems we have used in the past. I dislike that we can't get a copy of the system on our computer. It is a one stop shop for all of our HR needs. I have been able to use the system for payroll, benefits, and payroll taxes. I have been able to train employees without assistance from an outside vendor. I like that it is easy to use and has many features. It's very customizable, which makes it easier for me to get what I need done. The support team is also very helpful. There are some things that could be improved, but nothing too major. We have been able to streamline our processes with this software. It has made the HR department much more efficient and helped us keep track of time off and vacation days.
