Amazing and easy to work with

I have a 25 year old EPDM roof. Some seams came undone. So I bought it based on all the rave reviews. What a great choice! It is very easy to work with him. I had 1.25 inches of rain yesterday and that stopped the leak I was having. I just ordered a second roll to have on hand. Excellent stuff.
