Great quality, comfortable and durable (so far). Doesn't sweat or itch your wrist, dries quickly after hand washing. Looks sporty but not too casual for work. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because my version was so hard to put on! The fabric gets bunched up around the pins and it is very difficult to secure the pins. After about an hour of frustration, I realized I could hold the fabric with one hand and use a credit card to press the needle into place. I recommend these straps come with a small map/tool and updated instructions.
