Review on Snipt by Elijah Balzarini

Revainrating 4 out of 5

A must for anyone involved coding or developing frontend

The UI looks great! And it actually works as intended too - I love that you can comment inline with every line in the editor so everyone knows what they're seeing & changing when working collaboratively (or just when editing!). It would be nice if there was some way to add additional functionality such as an API key option where we could store our own credentials but this isn't available right now either from their documentation nor via support channels at time-of writing. We needed something like snip because we were using JIRA tickets which doesn’t have any syntax highlighting built into its issue tracker itself. Also being able to see other people making edits helped us keep track who had made certain modifications over others without having to use separate versions/copies etc. It has an amazing search feature. You can search on any keyword and it will show you the snippet along with the code. Some of the code snippets are not up-to-date. It would be nice if they update their snippets in near-real time. Snippit is a great tool to have in your web dev toolkit. It is easy to use and search. I like the fact that it is a web based tool so I can access it from anywhere.
