This product was almost perfect! It was easy to install and use. My only complaint is that it works too well. The bristles are too hard. He was so immobile that he removed some of the mortar, exposing the top edge of the tile. I see where it can be useful, but not in my case. I would have liked the product if there had been different wheels with different bristle stiffness. While I'm at it, it would be great if there was a way to control the speed. This product is strong and fast acting, but I think consumers want more control over strength and speed as the cleanliness of each grout can vary from person to person.
