Media could not be loaded. I was so excited to receive this product. Last winter I wore thick cashmere sweaters and thick wool sweaters. The amount of clutter I constantly clear is just ridiculous. The company recommended using lava rock to clear the pile. It's really funny, too much work. This is a great solution for me. I like that it is rechargeable. I lived for about a sweater and a half on a full load. Keep in mind that the whole sweater was very fluffy. I wish the battery would have lasted a little longer. But I'm very happy with the results. Much easier to tweak once you see it.
