I purchased this with no intentions that it would ever work. To my surprise it happened. My lips have always been very dry. Nothing has ever worked on my lips. After that, my lips didn't crack anymore. If so, it was minimal. I didn't realize I was constantly plucking my lips. Unfortunately I lost it. My lips part again and I pluck again. Will have to reorder.
