I had a little bit of difficulty with getting the bluetooth to connect but these were worth the trouble.The earpods on their own are adequate but what makes these hearing devices great is the accompanied Soundwear app (see screenshots for reference). Most of the functionality and customization takes place in the app. It allows you to adjust each ear pod to fit your specific hearing needs and you can easily adjust the volume. These earpods are sensitive and the sounds transmitted are clear and crisp.They are also lightweight and fit comfortably in the ear. They have 3 rubber tips to fit most ears. The charging holder works well and makes it very easy to store and charge. This hearing device also includes a charging cord, plug, cleaning brush, and an app user guide and user manual. Instructions are well written, easy to understand, and fairly easy to execute.The only drawback for me was the noise reduction feature. Again, these hearing devices are sensitive and sometimes the background noise comes through louder than the primary sound source. I wish they had a better noise canceling feature but overall, they work very well. This hearing device also does a great job holding a charge. They feel high tech and they function well when engaging in daily routine activities. They work well when consuming media like listening to music, watching a show, and using apps on e-devices. These are high quality hearing devices that really improve hearing and allows the wearer to be fully engaged in all of the activities that they enjoy. We are very satisfied with this product and we highly recommend them!
