I really like that they are very proactive in getting back with me when there is an issue or question about my account! They're quick at resolving issues as well so it's easy for them (and you!) if something goes wrong. There isn't much too dislike other than their pricing structure which can be steep - but this has more of less everything we need from our service provider these days anyways including email support/helpdesk system etc. We haven’t had any major problems since switching over last year; however some minor things here & there have been resolved quickly by team members who were always helpful regardless what time zone differences existed between us all being located across multiple countries.
