I like that it is easy for me as an individual user without any technical background to use this software in my day-to-day work life with ease! It can be difficult at times when trying to navigate through some of their features but once you've gotten used to them they are very intuitive. Also great customer service from support team members who will help get your questions answered quickly if needed. I really like that they are very proactive in getting back with me when there is an issue or question about my account! They're quick at resolving issues as well so it's easy for them (and you!) if something goes wrong. There isn't much too dislike other than their pricing structure which can be steep - but this has more of less everything we need from our service provider these days anyways including email support/helpdesk system etc. We haven’t had any major problems since switching over last
