This item would be great with a few modifications. You can see the cover is so tight that I had to pull as hard as I could to close it. I had to try this several times before I could put the pieces together long enough to close. The zipper is so small that it opened after a month. Now the zipper is not closed at all and the top step folds down. I want to replace the cover but I don't know where to go. Chip. UPDATED REVIEW: I found the manufacturer's phone number on their website. I called and asked if I could order a new case. The representative asked me to send pictures of the problem with the first one. She was very polite and seemed helpful. She informed me that they had no spare boxes. What she did was deliver new stairs and floors. The fit of the case is looser than the first one I received. The zippers don't weigh you down. Really good product and great customer service. I would buy from this seller again.
