medium worked for me. I'm 5 to 10 inches tall, weigh 142 pounds and usually wear a 29 or 30 inch waist. However, I will not wear these shorts as they are so uncomfortable. They are not soft at all. They feel like plastic. The mesh digs into your skin when you sit. You are very sexy. They appear to be of very good quality. I love how see through they are and how easy my stuff can fall out, but they are just too uncomfortable to wear sitting down. I've bought other Muscle Alive shorts that I really like, so don't let this review fool you from the brand.
