I got the WiFi version first. I was pretty impressed with that. I liked that I could see the temperature from my phone. But I also liked that there are two places on the device where you connect the cables. This simplifies setup as you only need a small square, maybe half an inch, to thread through. However, it wasn't as hot as I was hoping, so I decided to buy one without Wi-Fi as well. It has no fork on the block. You have to put the whole switch through the wall/barn/whatever you have to connect it! I hope that together they reach the temperature that I want. It's not hot. It only heats up where it emits heat, and it feels a little hot. In a 3x3 area, it pushes out enough air to raise the area in front of it to 90 degrees when rotated all the way up, but most of the rest of the area is just above the outer area. I hope it will be strong enough for our northeastern winters with the two. At least this seems like a pretty safe option. Between the two, I would definitely use WiFi because you need less space for cabling and also because of the app.
