The best hand grater I've ever used!

I mainly use it for sorting vegetables and I love it. It is very stable, light and comfortable to hold and cuts smoothly. I usually rinse and wash right away, which is quick and easy. If the food is left to dry, it takes a bit more effort to clean the frame on the base.
