The ability to send information via email or text messaging can be difficult if you're trying to communicate with someone who isn't familiar with your system - this also makes it harder to track down emails/texts in case people have questions after they receive payment info from their client. This could help eliminate some confusion when communicating between staff members so that everyone has all the same information available about upcoming events. It's been helpful in creating schedules using our own resources as well as being able to create multiple types of calendars (weekly, monthly, etc.) I like that it is easy to use and it is pretty intuitive. I love that I can easily see when the next booking is and who is scheduled for it. I dislike that I have to manually enter the dates and times into the system. I wish it was easier to schedule things like open gym times. It is a great system that makes scheduling a breeze. It has really helped us out in the office.
