Great for moisturizing!
My husband loves these and they keep him hydrated and they were something he struggled with every summer until we started GU but he uses them year round . I wish they were cheaper. But he likes tabs and they really come in handy. I would buy if you need to stay hydrated. My husband loves oranges.
