Review on Nelson Associates by Joseph Adaymiln

I worked at Nelson Associates for over 10 years. It was a great place to work in terms of people and culture. The leadership team was very supportive and willing to help employees grow professionally. The benefits were good and generous. There wasn't much to dislike about the company. If I had to pick one thing it would be the lack of diversity within the company. The company was mostly white and male. This is not a big deal but it did make me feel like I needed to prove myself more often than I should have. Nelson Associates was an excellent place to work.
