I didn't realize how well this thing really worked until I stopped using it for a few months. I have used this on my many pet rats for about 3 years. I'm eleven right now, but sixteen is the most I've ever had. They are about 80% litter box trained. I don't know what made me stop using this (probably the amount of money I spent on this product by filling several 16oz water bottles almost daily). However, after a few days the smell of their poop became very noticeable and smelly! It was very bad! I recently ordered two bottles of this product and in less than two weeks I'm starting to notice a reduction in odor. This product is worth its weight in gold and I will never stop using it. Leave residue in water bottles that are cleaned with a bottle brush. Also, I highly recommend using glass bottles (which are healthier than plastic bottles).
