Good. I go outside a lot and like to use this when I'm hot. I'm not yet in menopause, but in the future I will be one-sided. I let my boyfriend who is going through menopause use it and loves it! I use it to walk around the neighborhood and around my house. I've used it at hot sporting events. I live in the south, that's great! If I could change something here, I would say: it's a bit big. It looks like it was made for someone Shaq's size. I'm a petite woman so it wraps around my neck. Now it keeps me calm so mission complete. Also louder than I would like. It sounds like a floor fan around your neck. But so far it works great. It is lightweight and USB rechargeable. I wish it was a standard charging cable as I lost mine and it's a really odd sized cable to charge it.
