Expect about half the units. Of the ones I received, 1 in 5 (20%) had a cross-threaded cap received from the seller. It's OK: Remove cover, reinstall properly. However, as many as 2 out of 5 (40%) had out-of-round barrels (or caps, didn't check which ones): unscrewing or removing the cap caused difficulties every half turn. So these are factory seconds (at best) (assuming quality control has been done): throw them away. Another one out of 5 had some form of misalignment, like the cap just wouldn't screw in properly after installing the fuse and insisted on cross threading as it was pushed off the axle by the fuse and retaining springs/whatever. So throw away 1 in 5 (20%). Clean, clean, of my samples I only have 2 out of 5 (40%) left and that is based on just a simple mechanical inspection. Luckily, 40% of the survivors were fine with the mounting nut on the plate and were also electrically intact. (The printing/writing on the caps also left something to be desired, but this is more of an end user issue reading the fuse holder cap.)
