True to size, good quality

I initially bought this sweater 2 sizes larger than what I usually wear because the reviews said it should do just that. I would order your normal size. Maybe 1 size up if you want a roomy fit. It's more of a "sports sweatshirt" material. Good quality and washes well. Suitable for both men and women. I'm 5ft 3in 200lbs but this has worked for my husband who is 5ft 10in 220lbs. 2x fits him well but I would be better off with XL instead
