The PowerLead Online Store: A Disappointing Gaming Experience, Reviewed

As a gamer, I was curious to see what PowerLead's online shop had to offer because I had heard they carried a wide variety of video games, consoles, and accessories. My interactions with the business, however, were disappointing. To begin, their website was unattractive and challenging to use. I had a hard time tracking down the video games and consoles I wanted, and when I did, the costs were much higher than elsewhere. Despite the store's claims of a large video game selection, I was dismayed to discover that many of the games I wanted were either sold out or unavailable. After a long wait, my order eventually arrived, but the items were of poor quality. The controllers were poorly constructed and lagged behind the action during play. The actual game console was buggy and stopped up frequently. In addition, I was unable to get any assistance with my order from their customer support department, which was both unhelpful and unresponsive. I was very dissatisfied with PowerLead as a whole and would not suggest it to any of my gaming friends. In conclusion, PowerLead stands out for all the wrong reasons, despite having a wide selection of games, consoles, and controllers. Their website is boring, their prices are high, their goods are of low quality, and their customer service is unresponsive.

Pros
  • Superb collection of video games and gaming systems.
Cons
  • higher costs in comparison to rivals.
