I bought these curtains for a window with a complex frame and a custom size. The website instructions were very clear and it was easy to place an order. However, the seller emailed me within 24 hours to make sure he understood what I ordered and that it was correct. They arrived much quicker than I expected and more "packaged" than I expected. They were fully assembled with the valence connected and the motor installed. All I had to do was put them on, which was also relatively easy despite the bulky size. The only problem was programming the engine as it took me a few tries. Greywind's online videos helped me figure out what I was doing right - just a little tricky. When I finally got it programmed, it connected to Alexa pretty easily. The only weird part is that the command should be "curtains on/off" instead of "open/close", but that's easy enough to get used to. The shadows themselves are very high quality and more than met my expectations. As an added bonus, the seller contacted me to make sure there were no issues or missing parts and asked if they might be of any use. I recently bought a set of sunglasses from another seller (street blind) and the customer service was lousy. It was nice to see a serious attempt at customer service. I will definitely buy from this seller again given the quality of their products and their attitude towards customers.
