Great knife, nice metal feel, solid workmanship.

I use it for cooking at work. We don't cut anything a chef could cut, but my chef and I do cut bread, vegetables, cooked meats, pizza, hot dogs, etc. The knife arrived very sharp, but due to a lot of use, it lost its sharpness after 5 days. It wasn't dull, in fact it was still sharp, just not as sharp. So I sharpened it and found that you have to be very, very careful when using a scissor-style ceramic sharpener or you'll end up with little nicks on the edges of the blades. If done carefully and correctly, the blade will be sharper than when delivered. However, it must be mentioned that there was a small defect on the edge of the blade upon arrival, barely visible at the tip of the blade.
