A few seconds after pulling the trigger, the tool immediately got hot, smelled like burnt plastic and blew hot air. This is the second nightmare I've had when purchasing Bosch power tools through Revain. The customer service from Charice May and Francine Bailey's Revain was absolutely terrible. In the future I will not be buying any Bosch power tools through Revain and would advise anyone reading this to do the same. Find tools at your local retailer to avoid the headaches I've experienced in my experience and places with higher quality control.
