The ability to create customized offers for customers in real time or at set intervals has been very helpful with increasing our customer retention rates.

Also it helps us track what percentage of people actually used an offer compared to how many people were eligible/interested. I like that we have access to historical data which can be useful when analyzing previous campaigns. It's not clear if there are any other benefits aside from these two things as far as using this software goes but since they provide both tools i would say go ahead! We've seen improvement in overall conversion rate after implementing eagle eye air into our workflow along with some additional automation features.
