Arrived on time. The description says 16 oz but it's actually only 14 oz and it's water to the brim. I have yet to pour hot water into the cup before placing it on the heating pad. DO NOT pour cold water into a cup thinking it will get hot. It took me 2 days to set the right temperature where I can drink my coffee at a comfortable temperature as for me it doesn't come with a breakdown of the corresponding meaning. I then adjusted warmer to 175F and kept my coffee not hot. It took about 40 minutes to reach the maximum heating temperature of 230F. It does its job of keeping an already hot coffee warm depending on how high you set it.
