So if I could get this for my 4.5 month old Blue Pit I would give it 5 stars, good looks and quality seemed fair for the price. Until he was 6 months old he was chasing a cat on a leash in the distance and the leash broke in half and he was released near the highway where luckily I had many colleagues to help me get his attention excite and grab him. I took off his weekly swimwear and he never gets out in the rain so it's not because the material is degraded by water or anything. A 50 pound, 6 month old puppy shouldn't be able to put on such a thick collar that easily. Other than that it's a cool looking collar but I felt I had to give this review as it is a safety issue. We want our pets to be safe and that is what leashes and collars are all about.
