After installation my computer turned on and nothing. Thinking it was a mobile issue because my computer was off for months (to be honest) I deleted and jumped to pins 4 and 5 to find them. Crate. So far the worst 130 (after tax) I've spent so far; Waiting for a replacement that doesn't arrive until Friday the 18th (for some reason it takes a full day longer than the first to get here? Whatever). Very disappointed and I hope to turn that 1 star into at least 4 when the replacement arrives and works as intended. probably should have had in the first place). Update: I received the new device two days before the expected arrival date which is a plus and I am very happy with the speed with which it has arrived for the second time. This time we tested the unit before installation and the fan worked straight away, another great sign. I've had my system up and running for about an hour now, so it's not yet known how long this will take (especially after reading other reviews that followed my initial estimate), but I'll say it is worked well so far. I think we'll see in a month if that's the case or not. Now I'm very happy.
