Great over time if you treat it well

If you follow the directions this pan will last a long time and retain a wonderful non-stick coating. I am very satisfied with this product. I bought two of these (8" and 10") about six months ago. I use the 10" almost every day, sometimes multiple times a day. I forgot to tell my son how to use these pans and he messed up an 8" pan by boiling the eggs on high heat without first spraying the oil. These two mistakes in the same cooking incident ruined the pan forever. Yes, one mistake can ruin a pan forever. So I can't stress enough the importance of following the instructions. You can't treat it like a stainless steel skillet. Expect it to take a little more time, effort, and care to toss long and flawlessly. Here are the steps I followed on a 10" skillet to do so it stays like new: 1. I spray the pan with oil spray when the food I'm cooking isn't greasy. I cook a lot of hamburger meat in these pans and don't need to drizzle with oil because the meat itself is pretty greasy. But for eggs and others Things that aren't greasy, I use Pam or something similar.2. I NEVER turn the burner on my electric stove above average. (I don't know how gas burners affect this pan or how much you can turn on the burner if using a gas stove, but I would be careful.) 3. I NEVER use metal in a pot when cooking or cleaning. I even place this pan on top of other pans so the metal of the other pan's bottom doesn't scratch the cooking surface of that pan.4. When I'm done cooking, I immediately pour some dish soap into the pot along with water and let it sit for a while. I usually leave it until I'm done eating and then remove it. When I'm ready to clean up, I just use a washcloth. I never use a dish sponge or anything rough to clean a pot. There is no need to use anything other than a washcloth, especially if the pot has to sit in soapy water for a while before cleaning. The pan is very easy to clean with proper care. I only use dish soap and water. I don't put the pan in the dishwasher. After I hand wash the pan, dry it off with a towel and put it away. Today, six months later, it still feels new. No scratch. Also non-stick.
