Does exactly what I expected. It's not a cheap headset by definition, but if like me you live with your phone and GoToMeeting, it's money well spent. Easy to set up and works great. It took me a bit of manual reading to figure out that the blue link light indicates the headset is active, not paired. Always seems to be a couple. I kept trying to "pair" it and got confused. One day I stopped being an idiot and thought it was wonderful. Buy today! And the delivery from Headsets.com was top notch, and who can complain about the cool buns! (buy one you will understand)
