The best thing about this product was not having to manually check people in or out of school as well as being able to track students who come to campus each day. Some features have been improved since the last time I used it, but we are now using another system where most everything can be tracked online - no more paper registration! Also there were some issues with our wifi when my daughter would log onto her personal email account at home which caused other kids accounts for ident AKID to become slow due to lack of available bandwidth causing problems with access from cell phones/laptops etc. We had one teacher transfer over after she found she could use just facebook messenger without needing an app so everyone else has benefitted too! I like how easy it was to set up, as well as use. It's great being able to have an app for my phone so I can check in students without having to go into school or be near the front desk. Some of the features are not very intuitive, such as the "check out" feature. The best part about this system is its ease of use and quick setup time! We were able to get our school up and running quickly with no issues at all.
