Review on Manual Coffee Grinder Ceramic Tablespoon by Brad Knierim

Excellent but with flaws

I think this meat grinder is excellent. It feels solid, feels good to hold in one hand and twist the lever with the other, and the silicone cap is comfortable to use. However, there are some disadvantages. I think the mechanism that allows you to change the coarse/fine grind on this grinder is flawed. It's not very intuitive. It took me a while to really find a simple, consistent way to do this. And more importantly, I could never remember which grind setting I set the last time I wanted to change it back. The lack of relativity in grind consistency makes it impossible to experiment with different settings. In conclusion, I think that the operability of the silicone cap is also a disadvantage of operability. Because it's flexible enough to maneuver around the lever to easily break off, it doesn't seal very tightly, so often when I grind a dozen or more grains fly out and fall to the ground.
