Apart from defects, this is not the best product to start with. This is not a massager as advertised. It's more like a strong contraction and relaxation of the feet and legs. It's almost like the feel of a blood pressure cuff, which isn't a massage. The heat is also inconsistent and at times it got too hot and burned a bit even though it was on the lowest setting. The biggest problem is that the product worked fine for about 3 months and then just stopped working for no reason. I tried removing all the cables but it just didn't work. I pressed the power button and it lit up for 2 seconds and immediately turned off. This product is rubbish and I feel the seller is knowledgeable but taking advantage of customers and pocketing over $100 for a defective product. Luckily Revain was able to help me solve my problem but I will never buy anything from this seller again.
