Great tool to track employee feedback and improve productivity
The ease of use for both managers/supervisors as well employees! It's simple enough where even someone with little or no experience can utilize it without needing any training whatsoever - which I appreciate because this makes more people able access these tools than ever before (and we're talking across multiple departments). There are many features within Reflecvely including creating surveys; however they could be improved by adding additional options such as "choose all applicable" when doing check boxes instead having them limited only one option at time like now..

Pros
- Simple, intuitive interface
- Various question types to choose from that may suit your needs.
- Question type availability is not constrained too much in terms if available questions but also there aren't just generic answers given either.
- For example you have an open response field asking something along about how long should breaks taken during our shift? You've got various different potential responses listed out
- This will encourage better engagement between workers while giving supervisors insight into employee opinions / feedback
