... The device looks nice and solid! Trouble is, you sent me a used one! Didn't hold a charge. Red-blue light instead of green for full charge? The instructions say that a blue light means it needs to be charged. It never turned green no matter how long I had it plugged in. I just went from red light and then straight to blue light for a few seconds. Very few water bubbles WEAK! If I order a new one... will your company actually send me a new one?!
