What's up with London Fog Zippers?!?!?

I'm an avid fan of the London Fog. After this full disclosure, I have to say that this is the second LF jacket I've bought for my 7 year old that has had a zip issue. After applying a small amount of WD-40 to it, I noticed that the problem wasn't in the zipper itself, but in the edge of the fabric behind it. It gets stuck in it all the time and the first time my son got stuck in it he almost hit himself trying to get out of it. Now that we know what the problem is, I think we can deal with that and the cartoonish escape routines, but I'm not afraid to admit I'm more than a little disappointed with this apparent design flaw, which probably should have been . was catched. That issue aside, this is a really good jacket and my son will love it.
