I like how easy it was for me to set up my account with them right away! No problems at all getting started in this program. It's very simple but effective! The only thing i didn't love about bigstore was their customer service team - they were extremely slow when you needed help after hours/on weekends. They also seemed pretty inflexible if there were any questions during setup process. If your looking for an inexpensive way to keep track of stock then go ahead and give the trial run a try. We are able to see exactly what we need each week without having issues keeping our shelves full. I like how easy it is to use, and the customization options are limitless! There's a lot of features, but they're all very useful. It takes some time to get used to, but once you do, it's amazing. The only thing I dislike about this software is the price. If you have a large inventory, it can be expensive. But if you don't, it's worth every penny. We use bigstore for our inventory management. It allows us to keep track of what we need and when we need more inventory.
