Review on A4 Light Box Drawing Pad: Diamond Painting Board with Type-C Charge Cable, Adjustable Brightness – Perfect for Tattoo Drawing, Sketching, Animation, Stenciling by Kristen Reid

It's not 17.6 inches!

I probably should have checked the specs before purchasing this item. I work with fairly large sizes and the title says 17.6 inches, which is larger than most other lightboxes I've tested. When it finally arrived I was very disappointed in the size to say the least. It's a far cry from the advertised 17.6 inches, which was my main reason for buying it. The dimmer can also be annoying. I work in animation and need to turn a light source on and off quickly. Requires at least 4 presses between On and Off (Low Brightness, Medium Brightness, Super Brightness, Off). 4 presses equals 4-5 seconds, which can be enough to break my train of thought and rhythm. I like that it is very thin, light and portable. It's thinner than a notebook and fits perfectly in my backpack. And because it's thin, I can slide large pages across it without worrying too much about my pages flexing, almost making up for the aforementioned 17.6-inch disadvantage. For what it is, it's a pretty decent lightbox. Much better than the clunky 4 inch thing I used to lug around with me. I would give it five stars but the dimmer is a major drawback and a seemingly unnecessary feature. Maybe someone else could use a low and medium brightness, but that seems more cumbersome to cycle through all the clicks. I like that it is very thin, light and portable.
