I am sending it back. It is extremely uncomfortable over clothing and too bulky to wear under clothing. It corrects posture in the shoulders, but any of those things will do. This model has wide shoulder straps made of two layers of rather bulky nylon, which is reinforced by even bulkier piping. If you do them right, they collect in your armpits and, frankly, hurt a lot. The lumbar correction doesn't work at all because it doesn't go far enough to cover the lower back. I don't think it's a size issue, more of a bad design issue. For the record, I'm 5'1, shorty. I'm 250 pounds and I wear a size 4 top and bottom. So I took the small, which is the right size based on the width of the shoulders. not long enough to cover entire lower back. I wonder who wrote reviews that it's practical. Maybe these are fake reviews? Or did they find a secret trick to keep it from hurting? Definitely I'll get another posture corrector.
