Overall is an excellent product that will save us tons of time and money.
1) We had an old ERP system that was designed for a completely different industry and could never get right. Our IT guy found Intellicare and he recommended it immediately. It has taken the headache out of claims processing for our large medical group. The ability to customize reports is amazing and saves so much time that would otherwise be spent manually creating them. They have even gone above and beyond with customizations such as our own Excel macros. 2) Great support team, fast responses, quick resolutions, and great follow ups. They even offered us free training if we decided to move forward with Intellicare. 3) Easy to use UI (Interface). They make it simple and intuitive to understand. 4) Admin console is easy to navigate and find what you need. 5) User interface (UI) is visually pleasing and user friendly. 6) Free trial, no obligation contract, and 30 days to decide. 7) It’s a complete turnkey solution. Everything you need, including the setup process. 8) I can definitely see myself moving over to Intellicare.
