Outstanding for claims automation and reporting needs!

The system has been easy to customize, so it works perfectly with our workflow as an agency-based claims team that runs reports daily via automation tools like PowerBI/PowerQuery etc., not just at end of month or quarter close timeframes when we would otherwise be stuck processing manually in MS Excel (or worse). We've found all aspects have worked well; however some issues regarding file access permissions were initially difficult but are now working out great - thanks Microsoft! I can't think

Best cloud-based solution out there

The best part about Intellicare is the ability to have a single view of all of your claims. The system is easy to navigate and the customer service is always available to help. The only downside is that I wish the system allowed for more customization. I would recommend Intellicare to anyone who wants to have a single view of all of their claims. Easy-to Use Software with No Downs: intellicare

The best part about IntelliCare was that it made my job as an administrator easier! It allowed me to manage all of our billing, coding and payment processing without having to use several different systems or programs. I used IntelliCare to perform payroll functions and perform other administrative duties. There were no downsides when using IntelliCare. We have not found anything in need of improvement but if there are improvements we would like to see them be developed into software…

Overall is an excellent product that will save us tons of time and money.

1) We had an old ERP system that was designed for a completely different industry and could never get right. Our IT guy found Intellicare and he recommended it immediately. It has taken the headache out of claims processing for our large medical group. The ability to customize reports is amazing and saves so much time that would otherwise be spent manually creating them. Pros
  • The learning curve isn't steep at all
  • When you start building your first models, they're already built and ready to go! There aren't any code snippets to learn - everything is fully customizable, so you don't have to spend hours trying to figure out how to do basic things.
  • I think that this is one area where IntelliCare excels because it doesn't take long for them to answer emails or give you suggestions.
Cons
  • However, this only happens occasionally.
  • For example, when you create a new model, you have a "save" button, but no explanation as to why you should click it
  • If you have multiple users, each user will only be able to build a single model per day
