Review on intellicare by Alan Singh

The best part about IntelliCare was that it made my job as an administrator easier! It allowed me to manage all of our billing, coding and payment processing without having to use several different systems or programs. I used IntelliCare to perform payroll functions and perform other administrative duties. There were no downsides when using IntelliCare. We have not found anything in need of improvement but if there are improvements we would like to see them be developed into software enhancements rather than more cost effective options such as adding mobile apps/website features. In order to improve efficiency within our organization, we needed to make sure that one point of contact and system could gather data from multiple departments within our company in order to create reports that had been requested by executives at higher levels.
