The best part about Intellicare is the ability to have a single view of all of your claims. The system is easy to navigate and the customer service is always available to help. The only downside is that I wish the system allowed for more customization. I would recommend Intellicare to anyone who wants to have a single view of all of their claims. I am able to see all of the claims that I have with multiple payers in one place. The benefits of Intellicare is that I can see all of my claims at one time. I can also track my claims from the beginning to the end.
