Outstanding for claims automation and reporting needs!

The system has been easy to customize, so it works perfectly with our workflow as an agency-based claims team that runs reports daily via automation tools like PowerBI/PowerQuery etc., not just at end of month or quarter close timeframes when we would otherwise be stuck processing manually in MS Excel (or worse). We've found all aspects have worked well; however some issues regarding file access permissions were initially difficult but are now working out great - thanks Microsoft! I can't think anything negative about this software right off hand except perhaps how much easier everything was than anticipated -- which could mean my expectations werenot set high enough beforehand because there's only "so long" you'll need to wait between updates? No complaints here though after getting used to using IntelliCore.

  • Very intuitive design is extremely user friendly for both clients &amp employees alike + best features include being ableto build custom dashboards wth ease through multiple data sources / queries within one simple interface while also having full support from their customer service department who helped us resolve any technical difficulties along way before even launching into production useage..all made me feel confident knowing i had them
