76 year old neighbor loves it

I bought it because that's what I do in the middle of the night. Buy things on Ebay that looks like something I will need eventually but don't necessarily need now. I haven't used it yet but my neighbor loved it. She had a crick in her neck and used it for a couple of days and cleared right up.
