I was able to install drivers and connect devices, but no audio is connected on my Windows 7 x64 machine. I've searched all over the internet for solutions and this seemed to be common. I spent an hour on the phone with Asus tech support to no avail. Uninstalling and downloading outdated drivers didn't help either. Asus assured me they would increase my claim and call me back within 48 business hours. You are not. I called them and they said they needed more time. A day later they called to ask for the model number of my headphones but the other bluetooth speaker would not connect either. It's been over 2 weeks and Asus still hasn't called me back so I returned it.
