A valuable purchase, some advantages!
To be honest, ambiguous, I did not dare to buy here, I ordered in the States. Plus, I don't like that it's still a protein mix that has lactose in it. If not for the price and the number of fakes, then this would be one of the best balanced proteins with BCAA. For myself, I decided to try a pure isolate, and then we'll see.
- Good protein with BCAAs. I recommend, but there are a few but!
- - sweetish (took mochaccino) - contains lactose (be careful who is allergic) - many fakes - the price for protein with soy is quite high
